I make abstract paintings using candle wax, nanquim, watercolor, natural pigment and fabric on canvas, cotton paper or Japanese washi paper.  I also make sculptures on various supports such as copper, corten steel, stainless steel, wood, among other materials.

The common thread of my works is the gestural movement captured at a timeless speed. Currently, I research Japanese aesthetic concepts such as the ephemeral, the emptiness and the subtle, related to my ancestry, proposing the rescue and appropriation of each individual's culture of origin.

"When I am working, I’m on hiatus, I'm on my MA. There is no other place, no other time, nor linearity. There is an absolute and serene solitude.''
